Fran Bixler
Fran grew up in Mitchell, Indiana and moved to the Milan area five years ago.  she has been married twenty-one years to her husband Charles.  They have two sons, Jonathan (12) and Joshua (10).  Fran loves working with children as it is her passion in life to teach kids about Christ.  Besides volunteering her time at the church, Fran substitute teaches in the Milan School Corporation.  She also teaches in the after-school program "The Good News Club."
